As a club member, you are eligible for two kinds of membership levels: The Platinum and the Diamond. Based on your selected type of accommodation, you will earn points (stars) as a reward every time you stay in one of the Aquila properties. Our valuable Member guests are able to redeem stars in for free meals, beverages, cocktails, overnights or even SPA treatments at the lavish Aquila Hotels chain experiencing at the same time several additional benefits such as: Room preference of your booked lodging type, mineral water and welcome wine, a selected gift, flowers in your room. A special world of privileges created exclusively just for you. The stars you earn are based on your selected type of accommodation, and credited to your account upon departure. We are aiming to repay your trust. The more often we have the chance to welcome you at Aquila Hotels and Resorts, the more generous your rewarding benefits will be. HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER Please fill out the registration form and hand it in at the reception desk or the guest relations department of your hotel. You can also apply for membership online or via the website. All our guests are able to become members of our Best of the Best Loyalty Club. The Membership is free. EARNING STARS Once you receive your card, upon departure from the hotel, the stars will be credited for each overnight spent at any hotel of Aquila Hotels & Resorts chain. Stars can be credited only if showing the membership card upon arrival to the front desk. COLLECTING STARS The stars you earn are based on your selected type of accommodation, and credited to your account upon departure. The more often you stay at Aquila Hotels & Resorts, the more generous your benefits will become. Redemption of stars for the following services: (1 star = 1,00€) Stars can be exchanged easily for the following services and products: F&B departments (beverages, meals, meal upgrade, a la carte dinners, room service etc.) Room upgrade Late check-out (for diamond cardholders free of charge) External cooperators e.g. watersports, rent a car, Spa treatment, diving center, hairdresser (these vary from hotel to hotel) Procedure Make it your way! You can each time you use one of the above, either to directly exchange stars at the department or charge your room bill and exchange stars at the end of your stay.* For exchanging stars for services offered by our external cooperators, please either contact the Front Desk or the Guest Relations Department in order to receive a voucher. *Stars cannot be exchanged for cash. Free Overnights Free overnights are offered according to the room type and meal plan you had during your last 5 visits at the hotel you stayed at. Guests are not entitled to claim free overnights during their stay, unless the aforementioned arrangement has been made. Children aged 0-17 are entitled to share the same card with their parents. 5. Children over the age of 18 may apply for a personal card only if they are staying in a separate room in the hotel. 6. Benefits are given only upon demonstration of the member card at the hotel reception upon arrival.
